Our cellar’s character is defined by excellence (creative, innovative, adventurous, select and committed to excellence), it makes continuous improvements and refuses to make wine in just one category. The bottling and ageing (“crianza”) processes take place in “Campo de Criptana”, but the actual wine making takes place in different places or natural spaces in order to get “complete” wines. We conjugate the plateau’s kindness (650 -700 metres above sea level) with the summit’s strength (1000 metres), to avoid particular weather situations (drought, late frosts…) inherent to different landscapes.

The wines are elaborated in French Bordeaux oak barrels.
